BloctoBay
NFT Marketplace on Flow

When NFTs were peaking, the biggest drops on Flow traded here: NBA Top Shot, Chainmonsters, MotoGP... pretty much every collection the timeline was chasing.

Takeaways

BloctoBay shipped on a tight deadline. What the crunch taught me:

  1. The whole build, design through launch, fit inside one month.
  2. Chasing a launch partner makes prioritization ruthless. Every feature had to earn its place in v1, or wait.
  3. So v1 shipped lean by design, ready to flex. As the partnership grew, so did the product.
